Although these recorders haven't been on the market for as long, when comparing the MDVR range with popular brands such as Timespace there is one noticeable difference.
The popular Timespace V400 digital video recorder doesn't allow for HD recording other than through their one IP channel. The SUREMDVR range offers Analogue HD in all of their channels meaning you can record high-definition footage on vehicles with a recorder that has a small footprint.
These SUREMDVRs come with free software applications names RVMS and VMS. The application for live view and tracking however is only available for the ones that are supplied with 4G and 3G data as they need this capability to monitor vehicle movement.
Playback functionality is available on all of the MDVR recorders.
