General Questions
Q. “Are there further discounts for quantity purchases?”
A. Yes. We offer our Police and Trade customers excellent discounted prices to begin with, but even the prices on this website may be negotiable dependent on quantity and likelihood of on-going business. The best thing is to phone and speak to us directly for assistance.
Q. “I sometimes like to trial unfamiliar equipment before purchasing. Is that possible?”
A. Yes. We frequently loan items for evaluation and ask only that they are returned in new condition by the agreed date. A quick assessment that we can provide to other customers is also greatly appreciated and valued.
Q. “I’d find it useful to see someone in person. Do you visit customers and bring equipment?”
A. Yes. We very much enjoy visiting our customers and are happy to do so. We can travel to your premises or you are welcome to see us here.

Q. “Do you currently supply other Technical Support Units?”
A. Yes. We currently supply a number of Technical Support Officers on a national basis with a wide range of equipment.
Q. “I want to buy something but don’t have a credit card/procurement card. Can I do that?”
A. Yes. All of our Police customers are entitled to an automatic account; it could be that your Force already has one set up. Contact us on 01949 836 990 and we will take your orders over the phone.
